DJ Alex Sardis the a.k.a. DJ A-Crush(The nickname was changed in 2009). Originally from Belarus. Real name is Alexsej. From his early childhood Alex has been involved with music. First he listened to fairy tales, then children songs and when he turned 5 he reached songs of Pink Floyd, Depeche Mode and Kraftwerk.
His parents pretended they didn’t notice their son’s hobby for music, but they should have. His father played a very important role with his collection of more than 4000 CD’s and records from all around the world. At the age of 8 Alex was brought to sports school where his parents hoped to see him become a great volleyball player in the future, but dream’s of volleyball championships wouldn’t last long.
When Alex was 13 he vacationed with his family to Poland were he experienced the first disco party of his life. That night changed everything, a spark was ignited in him. “It was just something so incredible for me….the beautiful people dancing and the powerful sounds the DJ was pumping with flashing lights spinning all around entranced all of us! That night I realized I never felt anything like this before, it felt so euphoric. The beat from the music was inside everyone who was there that night, it was amazing! I’ll never forget that night as long as I live!!!”
Throughout the years he becomes more and more interested in the electronic music genre...
today, he is totally addicted! “There is nothing better than a day filled with music”
2002, a magical year…Alex moved to USA. It was the beginning, while clubbing he heard music he wanted to play at home, he got his biggest influence from UMF and the clubs he frequented from NY to Miami.
Alex always dreamed of becoming a professional DJ but never took it that seriously. His dream became reality when Sundance Production asked him to play a pre-party on a beach in Kill Devil Hills in North Carolina. Sundance was so enthusiastic about Alex’s performance, that they offered him another gig the next night. During this main event he not only played the first hour, but without any experience Alex played the entire night. You can imagine that this experience gave him the vibe he needed to make his dream come true.
In May 2004 he became the resident DJ at a local club “The Pit”,In August 2006 he was invited to play onboard a Boat Party with 5 DJ’s by Sundance production in Manteo, North Carolina. In 2007 he played in Virginia Beach, Virginia onboard the Virginia Jewel with two dance floors, also in 2007 one of the largest North Carolina network radio stations 99.1 The Sound played his mix.'' I could not believe that occurs to me!''
2008 was very productive year. Him & Dj Brilliant Green start the radio show "MidnightEnergy" on "99.1 The Sound" every saturday, where they broadcast the freshest releases of leading artists in electronic music. His gigs took him to places on the best beaches of the east coast: Miami, Florida(Club INK,NIKI BEACH,KARU&Y); Myrtle Beach, South Carolina(Club There, KryptoNights); Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina(The PIT, TOMATO PATCH); Virginia Beach, Virginia(Club Premiere). He was pumping parties with such great DJ's like Audiofly, Format:B, Antoine Clamaran, Evol Entent, Fedde Le Grand, Austin Leeds and Nick Terranova(Starkillers), Dirty South, Raji K,Elevate, Cedric Gervais,Bad Boy Bill, Sammy Peralta, Donald Glaude, Faarsheed and many others. After traveling the east coast Alex realized that organizing parties was a good way to promote his sound and skills.
In 2008 he started a brand new concept, he named it “Dj A-Crush & friends”. With great success he did couple big events during the summer. The first show was “White night” and was a hit, he then followed up with ’’Glamour Night” and the club was packed full!
One of his most impressive experiences was “Don’t loose your mind” which was first time on the beach. It was the exclusive two-dance floors party with 6 DJ’s and special guests DJ Evol Entent (Computer Club, Arizona), DJ Raji K (Crobar, NY-Tokio).

Alex’s style can be best described as sexy, groovy, uplifting and pumping real house music! During his sets he’s focused to give the people on the dance floor a spectacular party! The kind of music he plays depends on location, theme of the party, the people who are present, and the time he has to play. So Alex is a DJ who always has a good feel for the right party atmosphere. This is his strong quality, which makes him very useful for every party organization.
